I think it’s safe to say a Catholic would be living under a rock if they didn’t know who St. Therese of Lisieux was, but how many know her parents? Therese speaks highly of her parents in her autobiography Story of a Soul, and given the sanctity of Therese and their other children, it’s no wonder why the Church recognized these two as models for the domestic church (the family!). A relationship with Christ and the faith begins with the parents, so I invite you, especially if you’re a parent, to come meet this saintly couple!
